KPI dashboard for repair pipeline operations and reporting
Built an internal analytics dashboard to track and report on repair pipeline KPIs at Techstar, covering device intake, turnaround time, and technician throughput across the break-fix workflow. Used to surface operational bottlenecks and support reporting for the deskside support and repair lifecycle.
